Registration Group Leaders
Conditions for group leaders for free participation in
Ayurveda & Yoga awareness workshop conducted
by Vaidya (Dr) Gyaneshwarsing Guddoye (B.A.M.S, P.G.D.Y.N, Specialist & Ph.D)
Each group leader is made aware that this course is valued for Rs 10500 MUR and given free through highly qualified specialist/expert to you for 7 hours.
All group leaders are requested to bring their minimum quota of 10 participants and arrange 3 cars for road show demonstration during the final workshop demonstration.
A security deposit of Rs 5000 will be collected before the starting of the workshop.
If the group leader has financial difficulty in giving the security deposit mention in clause 3 he/she can start the door to door registration of minimum 10 participants and arrange 3 cars prior to the final workshop within 10 days. Once it is done the deposit of Rs 5000 will no longer be needed. In case their participants does not turn up the registration fee will not be refunded and a fine as mention in clause 5 will be applicable immediately to the group leader.
A fine of Rs 1050 for each participant absent and Rs 500 for each car/vehicle in case they will fail to bring their minimum quota during the final workshop. The fine will have to be paid within 30 days after the final workshop date is proclaimed.
The security money will be reimbursed once their contribution quota as mention in condition 2 is fulfilled after the final workshop on producing the receipt only.
Participation as group leader by the participant request can be cancel any time before the start of the group leader workshop and 50% of the security deposit will be reimbursed only through a group leader cancellation list.
At any time the organisation has the full right to cancel the workshop if in case fewer group leader are available or any other reason/(s) and the security amount Rs 5000 will be reimbursed.
Any dispute if not solve mutually the matter will be clarified by the court.

Kindly bring Yoga mat, paper, pen, 3 L of hot water, salt, eye wash cup, Neti pot, Sutra/rubber neti, 1 Gilasa, Ayurvedic tooth powder eg Dantarakshakam, Water/healthy juice, light healthy food, Head cap & recording mobile phone
